UK Orders

delivery usually arrives within 3-5 business days after dispatch via Royal
Mail or equivalent carrier. Delivery times may vary during holidays or peak
periods.

International Orders
We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times vary by
country, typically between 7-21 business days after dispatch. Customers are
responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees that may apply in
their country.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order
weight. Free shipping thresholds, when applicable, are displayed during
checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with
tracking information where available.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact
