Insulin pump patches that hold your device in place and let you make it your own. Designed for Omnipod and Medtronic users, our overlay patches wrap around your pump so it stays stuck through sport, swimming, showers and everything else life throws at you.

Choose from animal designs, patterns, foodie favourites and seasonal collections. Every patch ships from the UK, is skin-friendly and built to last the full session of your device.

Why wear an insulin pump patch?

Stock adhesive on insulin pumps can lift at the edges, peel during exercise or come loose in water. An overlay patch sits on top of the device, holding it firmly against your skin and adding a layer of protection. They also let you express yourself with a design that feels like yours, not medical.

Compatible with Omnipod and Medtronic

Every patch in this collection works with Omnipod (vertical and horizontal orientations) and Medtronic Guardian devices. Each product page lets you pick your device when you order.

Looking for CGM patches instead?

If you're looking for sensor patches rather than pump patches, browse our Freestyle Libre Patches, Dexcom Patches or Medtronic Guardian Patches collections — same designs, sized for each sensor. For Omnipod specifically, see our dedicated Omnipod Patches range.

Buying for a child? See our Kids Patches collection. For broader type 1 diabetes patches, browse our Type 1 Diabetes Patches range. And if you're stocking up, our Bundles offer curated patch packs at a better price per unit.

Frequently asked questions

Will an overlay patch interfere with my insulin pump's adhesive?

No. Our patches sit on top of your existing adhesive and reinforce it. They do not touch the cannula or the area where insulin is delivered.

How long do insulin pump patches last?

Most users get a full pod or sensor cycle (around 3 days for Omnipod, up to 7 days for Medtronic) from a single overlay patch.

Are they safe for sensitive skin?

Our adhesive is skin-friendly and designed for daily wear. If you have known adhesive allergies, we recommend testing a small area first.

Can I shower or swim with them on?

Yes. Our patches are designed to stay put through showers, swimming and sweat. We recommend patting dry after long water exposure for maximum hold.

How do I apply an insulin pump patch?

Clean and dry the skin around your pump. Peel the patch backing, centre it over the pump and press firmly for 30 seconds. Avoid stretching the patch as you apply.
