Heart-shaped overlay patches for your CGM and insulin pump. Hand-cut into heart silhouettes rather than the usual round shape — a small detail that makes the patch feel intentional.

Heart shape vs round shape

Round patches sit on top of the sensor and follow its outline. Heart-shaped patches extend the cut-out into a heart silhouette, giving the patch more personality on the skin. Same hold, same adhesive — different look.

Each design is available for Freestyle Libre 2 and 3, Dexcom G6 and G7, Omnipod (DASH and 5) and Medtronic Guardian. Select your device on the product page.

Frequently asked questions

Will a heart-shape patch still hold like a round one?

Yes. The cut-out around the sensor is identical, so adhesion is the same. Only the visible shape changes.

What devices work with heart-shaped patches?

All patches in this collection work with Freestyle Libre, Dexcom, Omnipod and Medtronic Guardian.

Will the patch stay on through showers and swimming?

Patches are designed to last the full sensor wear cycle through everyday water exposure. For prolonged water activity, see our guide on keeping your CGM on while swimming.

How long do they last?

Most users get the full sensor or pump session from a single patch — 14 days for Libre, 10 days for Dexcom, 7 days for Guardian, 3 days for Omnipod.

Can I wear a heart-shape patch every day or only on special occasions?

Both. Some users keep heart-shape patches for date nights and anniversaries, others wear them as their default. It's a design choice, not a use-case difference.
